Bought 3 BH101 headsets. Sent the forms for MIR. When we caleld the customer care the first time, the lady said that it was in the system and processing. When we didn’t receive the visa card by mail, I caleld up again and the rep said that it wasn’t even in the system! This sucks, this is the level to which the companies have come now due to economy! The product sucked in the first place and now I feel cheated to have paid $45 for lousy equipments.[] – []
